Warranty

By purchasing our product, you automatically qualify to receive a Lifetime Warranty on the abrasive surface of the Glass Nail File.

The warranty does not cover breaking or chipping or any other mechanical damage due to negligence or inappropriate use of the Glass Nail File.

Returns

Should you by any way or form not be happy with the product, please send it back with the original package and invoice and we will gladly refund the full amount or replace the product free of charge.

Postage

Parcels will only be dispatched once the payment reflects in our bank account (please allow for 2 to 3 days for payments to clear)

We will not be held responsible for any courier company's late arrival. Once your parcel has been sent, we will email you the details and tracking number.
